World Gym is an intelligent approach to fitness. We offer the # 1 rated commercial strength, free weight, and cardio equipment on the market to include the names of Life Fitness, Cybex, and Hammer Strength. We are a full service gym that has locker rooms with showers, a group fitness aerobics room, tanning, and personal trainers available to evaluate you, set you up on a fitness program, and accelerate you to your personal goal. Now, included with all memberships are YOGA classes Monday and Thursday at 4:30 pm.

Part of World Gym is SunShack Tanning. The Sunshack has a 20, 15, 12, and an 8 minute stand-up beds. You don't need to be a World Gym member to tan at the Sunshack.

World Gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our lobby hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am - 7 pm. The owners are present at the facility daily to answer any questions.
