Bagels Del Sol was established in 1992, it is currently owned and operated by Bob and Diane DePascalis. This establishment is the home of Pensacola's ONLY AUthentic New York Style Kettle Boiled Bagels. We have a small but friendly staff that is always eager to assist and please our valued customers. Our bagels are made fresh daily. Bagels Del Sol is not just a bagel shop. We have a variety of items for you to choose from. We offer daily lunch specials, Kolaches, and of course Friday is Bialys Day.
What are our daily lunch specials? Just as each day is a new and different day so are our lunch specials.
What is a Kaloche? A semi sweet breadlike dish that is filled with fresh fruit and topped with a sugar topping. From time to time we serve these as a lunch special with meat and cheese.
What is a Bialy? A baked bagel that is indented and filled with a mixture of Olive Oil, onions, salt, pepper, and poppy seed. It can then be topped with Lox and all the Fixins.
